Safe, economic, and eco-friendly panel cleaning

At RST, we wanted to create an economic solution to the soiling problem that was safer and greener. Our automated system keeps people off the roof and away from high voltage equipment. Considering the environment was also important. Our system does not use chemicals or chemical byproducts in the cleaning process.
RST CleanTech Solutions Ltd was established in 2011 and have since become a global leader in automated panel cleaning, cleaning over 1,000,000 panels every day around the world. The RST CleanTech Solution is currently the easiest, simplest and most cost-effective way of maintaining a clean solar system with maximum performance on a daily basis. Roye Sade

Manages 4 branches worldwide; RST Cleantech Middle East, RST USA and RST Latin America. Roye holds a business degree from New York University. Roye has extensive experience in management of international projects, specializing for seven years in the solar PV industry, including management of the first solar projects in the global markets. He was in charge of government solar projects and city management across the country. In 2011 Roye began developing the RST system and in 2013 RST Cleantech was officially established.

Matthew Casey

Matthew brings nearly 15 years of renewable energy experience to the RST Team. Matthew started in the wind industry where he was instrumental in developing over 100MW of wind projects and constructing over 1.5GW of wind projects in both New York, Texas, California, Chile, and Mexico and served on the board of the California Wind Energy Association. More recently, Matthew managed both sales and operations teams for over 70 commercial/industrial solar projects in California. Matthew has a Mechanical Engineering degree from Bradley University and a Masters of Sociology from the University of Chicago.

Marcelo Tokman

Marcelo is the Board Member of several companies in Chile. He is also on the Board of the Chile-California Council. Previously he held several positions in the Chilean Government, the private sector, NGOs and Universities. He was Chile’s first Minister of Energy, the CEO of the National Energy Company (ENAP) and the Vice President and GM of Vestas for South America. Mr. Tokman holds a Ph.D. and an M.A. degree in Economics from the University of California at Berkeley and a B.A. degree in Economics from Pontificia Universidad Catolica de Chile. He was the recipient of the 2017 LAC-CORE Clean Energy Award.
